We are primarily client focussed, so we take a number of steps to ensure that our estimates are as accurate as possible:

We believe the process of building the application must involve the client at every stage to ensure the result exactly matches their requirements. Where more than one stakeholder is involved in the project we can hold "use case workshops". These are meetings at which all the project stakeholders can view prototype application screenshots, and see typical examples of how users might interact with the outline design of the application. The project is then discussed until a detailed design has been reached which will satisfy the needs of all the stakeholders, or which represents a suitable compromise.

Using this information Goblinfactory can draw up a detailed brief, divide the work required into "milestones" to enable more accurate costings to be given for each one, and manage the project to ensure timely delivery.
